1.9 You may choose to receive our newsletter, in order to be kept up-to-date with significant new developments and to receive a reminder when the new issue of the magazine is available. We have kept this process simple and without the need to provide any personal sensitive information, such as your date of birth.

1.10 You may choose to restrict the collection of your personal information. For example, whenever you are asked to fill in a form on our website, you may provide only the required and/or mandatory information.

8. Accessing, Correcting, Updating and Disclosure of your Information

8.1 We may disclose or share your personal information with governmental agencies and/or other third parties if we are under a legal obligation to do so. We will normally notify you by email if we receive such a request, therefore it is important that we have your correct and up-to-date details and email.

8.2 We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, vendor and/or subcontractor, or any member of our company, which includes any future potential members of our business group, official partners, subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

8.7 You have also the right to ask us to amend your personal data.

8.8 If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at: info@anglohigher.com and then verify your request by a follow-up letter to our registered office address. A small fee will be payable, currently £25 British pounds sterling. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid by cheque (send together with your letter) made payable to: “Panethnic Limited Only”. We must receive payment prior to processing any application.

8.9 Please note that since we do not ask for any sensitive information that could be used to identify an individual, such as your date of birth, ID number, mother maiden name and/or passport or driving licence details, the details on your request letter must be identical to those we have on file. Otherwise, to protect the information of the individuals that we may have on record, we will be unable to reply to your request and provide information that may belong to a third party.

8.10 Please note that the fees payable, currently £25 British pounds sterling, are non-refundable and will not be refunded in this (8.9) or any other case and for any reason.

8.11 If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect you may request to correct and/or update it by emailing us at info@anglohigher.com or writing to us as soon as possible at the above address.

8.12 Your email must be sent from the email account that we have on record.

8.13 There is no charge for correcting and/or updating your information.

9. E-mail, Postal and Telephone Communications

9.1 We may automatically add to our mailing list any email addresses sent to us in any way including by not limited.

9.2 You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

9.3 If you have communicated with us via email, registered for our newsletter or any other products and/or services that we may offer in the future, please note that we may use a third party application or service to communicate and/or develop that product and/or service.

9.4 You may also receive updates from us, from time to time, concerning products and/or services that we think you will be interested in.

9.5 At that time you will be given the opportunity to opt out of any similar future activities if you so wish.

9.6 While some of our online Forms may ask for a postal address and/or telephone number, please note that our preferred method of communication is via email.

9.7 Nevertheless you may at some point receive post or telephone communication about new products and services from us or selective third parties.

10. Timescale for Opting Out and Security

10.1 Depending on the circumstances it may take up to 2 months to process an opt out, do not mail or unsubscribe request.

10.2 Please note that you may continue to receive communications from us or other third-party companies until your request is processed.

10.3 Despite the fact that we do not request sensitive personal information, such as date of birth, passport numbers or ID cards, we take the security of your information seriously.

10.4 We have protected our website with the industry standard SSL certificate, especially on the parts of the website where you submit information to us.

11.4 We ask you not to share any information submitted by you to our website and/or any potential future accounts you may have with us and/or any passwords with anyone.

12. Underage

12.1 Our website is dedicated to higher education and it is therefore suitable for general use by the public. To contribute you must be 18 (eighteen) years old and above.

12.2 We do not knowingly collect information about people under the age of 16 (sixteen) and we do not send them any communication.

12.3 Internet in general could potentially contain hazards for underage individuals but unfortunately we do not have any way of identifying the age of visitors to our website.

12.4 Nevertheless, despite the fact that we are not an adult-only website, we do implement a policy of not accepting newsletter subscriptions from individuals under the age of 16 (sixteen).

12.5 Moreover, we request that anyone under the age of 16 (sixteen) should have parental and/or guardian permission before using our website, especially children under the age of 13 (thirteen), who must have the supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher or other adult while using our website.

13.1 Panethnic Limited reserves the right to replace, improve, revise, add, amend, modify or update this policy at any time without notice.
